This two-bed self-catering gîte has one room with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and another with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) . Large bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Large Kitchenette fully furnished with white goods (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster and kettle). TV and Blu-Ray/DVD Player available with international channels. Living Room/Dining area with two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs.
Private patio area equipped with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs with parasol. Adjacent salt water pool (10 x 5m) (available subject to weather conditions).

Deposit of 50% of seasonal tariff required at time of booking.
A security deposit of €200 (payable by cash or cheque) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
